This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It includes an 11" nominal diameter stainless steel impeller and a cast iron casing with a bronze wear ring. The unit utilizes a stainless steel shaft with a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F. The pump assembly incorporates pressure tappings for suction and discharge connections and flush seal line taps.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 20 HP Baldor TEFC motor. The motor is configured with a NEMA 256T frame and operates on 230-460V/60Hz/3PH power. Electrical features include across-the-line starting and AEGIS shaft grounding, with premium efficiency performance meeting MG1-12.55 standards. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. A Woods coupler connects the motor to the pump. This unit has a PEI value of 0.92.
