This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit is constructed with a cast iron casing, a 10" nominal diameter bronze impeller, and a stainless steel shaft equipped with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The design incorporates a dry shaft construction to prevent the circulating fluid from contacting the shaft. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. Pressure tappings are provided on both the suction and discharge connections, and the pump includes flush seal line taps.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 10 HP, 215 T frame Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure. The motor is configured for a 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply and meets NEMA MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards. The assembly includes AEGIS shaft grounding, a Woods coupler, and a welded structural steel base with an integral drip pan. This pump has a pump energy index (PEI) of 0.94.
