This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It includes a 7-1/4" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze with a bronze wear ring. The unit utilizes a cast iron casing and a stainless steel shaft equipped with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal consists of a silicon-carbide seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for clean water applications up to 250 °F. The pump design incorporates a dry shaft and greasable bearings.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 3 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure and NEMA 182T frame. It is configured for 230-460V, 60Hz, 3PH power with across-the-line starting. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes a drip pan and a standard Woods coupler protected by a coupler guard. The motor features AEGIS shaft grounding. This unit meets NEMA MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and has a DOE PEI value of 0.91.
