This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 6" suction and 5" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump construction includes a cast iron casing and an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft and shaft sleeve configured in a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250 °F. Pressure tappings are located on the suction and discharge connections, and the assembly includes an AEGIS shaft grounding ring.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 30 HP Baldor TEFC motor in a NEMA 286T frame. It is powered by 230-460V, 60Hz, 3PH electricity and uses across the line starting. The motor meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55, and the unit has a PEI of 0.94. Mounting components include a welded base with an integral drip pan, a Woods coupler, and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard.
