This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a cast iron casing with 3" suction and 2-1/2" discharge ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump includes a 13-1/2" bronze impeller and a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. A dry shaft design isolates the shaft from the circulating fluid. The unit uses a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components, capable of operating at temperatures up to 250°F.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 15 HP Baldor Super E premium efficiency motor with an ODP enclosure. This NEMA 254 frame motor includes AEGIS shaft grounding and is configured for across the line starting on a 230/460V, 3PH, 60Hz power supply. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and features a Woods coupler with a coupler guard. This equipment meets EISA compliance, has a PEI of 0.89, and holds an HI Energy Rating of 11.
