This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit uses a 10" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed in a cast iron casing. It utilizes a dry shaft design with a slip-on bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal features a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and Viton rubber, rated for 250 °F. Flush seal line taps allow for filter installation, and pressure tappings are provided on the suction and discharge connections. The rear pull-out configuration allows maintenance without disturbing system piping.
This pump is powered by a 10 HP Baldor TEFC motor operating at 1750 RPM. It is configured for a 230-460/60/3PH power supply with across-the-line starting. The motor uses a 215 JM frame with feet and meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards with AEGIS shaft grounding. The unit is rated for 40 °C ambient conditions and CCW rotation. The assembly has a DOE PEI value of 0.94.
