This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a bronze wear ring housed within a cast iron casing. The unit incorporates a dry shaft design with a stainless steel shaft and a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. It is equipped with a mechanical seal featuring a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The pump casing includes pressure tappings on both the suction and discharge connections.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 15 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure. The electrical configuration is 200V, 60Hz, 3PH and meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55. The motor is mounted in a 254T frame and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is installed on a welded base with an integral drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. It utilizes a Woods flexible coupler and a bearing frame with greasable bearings. This pump has a DOE PEI value of 0.92.
