The unit includes a cast iron casing with an integrated bronze wear ring and a bronze impeller with a 9-1/2" nominal diameter. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft and shaft sleeve, incorporating a dry shaft design that prevents the circulating fluid from contacting the shaft. The mechanical seal assembly features a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The casing also includes suction and discharge pressure tappings and a bottom drain port.
This pump is configured with a 7-1/2 HP Baldor motor in an ODP enclosure, set to a 213T NEMA frame. It operates at 1750 RPM with a 230-460/60/3 power supply and an across the line starting option. The assembly is secured to a welded base that features a drip pan and a Woods coupler guard. The motor complies with premium efficiency standards under MG1-12.55 and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The pump system is rated with a PEI of 0.88 and is designed for operation in an ambient temperature of 104°F.
