This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The assembly includes an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a cast iron casing with a bronze wear ring. The pump incorporates a stainless steel shaft and shaft sleeve. A mechanical seal consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber supports operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes pressure tappings on both the suction and discharge connections to facilitate system monitoring.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 20 HP Baldor TEFC motor. The motor is configured in a NEMA 256 T-frame and operates on 230-460V/60Hz/3PH power. It features across-the-line starting, CCW rotation, and AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integral drip pan and uses a Woods coupler covered by an OSHA. The motor meets NEMA Premium Efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and has a DOE PEI of 0.92, rated for a 40°C ambient environment.
