The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components, and the assembly is rated for operation up to 250°F. Pressure tappings are provided on both the suction and discharge connections.
The pump is configured with a 1 HP Baldor ODP motor in a 145T NEMA frame, operating at 1150 RPM. Power input requirements are 230-460/60/3PH. This unit meets NEMA Premium Efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The pump and motor are mounted on a welded structural steel base that features an integral drip pan. A Woods flexible coupler connects the motor to the pump, protected by an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. The unit is designed for operation in a 40°C ambient environment.
