This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction port and 8" discharge port with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a cast iron casing with a bronze wear ring. The pump includes a stainless steel shaft with a stainless steel shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design to prevent contact with circulating fluids. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. Pressure tappings are provided on both the suction and discharge connections.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 75 HP Baldor motor with a TEFC enclosure and a 365 NEMA motor frame. It is configured for 230/460V, 60Hz, 3PH power with across-the-line starting. The assembly includes a welded base with a drip pan and a standard Woods coupler protected by a coupler guard. The motor is premium efficiency rated, compliant with NEMA MG1-12.55 standards, and includes an AEGIS shaft grounding ring. The bearing frame utilizes greasable bearings, and the unit has a PEI of 0.94.
