The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a temperature rating of 250°F. The pump casing includes integrated pressure tappings and provisions for seal flushing lines.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and uses a 3 HP, premium efficiency Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure. It is configured for a 230-460V/60Hz/3PH power supply and fits a NEMA 182T frame. This unit includes AEGIS shaft grounding and an Across the Line starting option. The pump is secured to a welded structural steel base, which features an integral drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. A Woods flexible coupler provides the connection between the pump and motor. This equipment meets NEMA standards and maintains a DOE PEI value of 0.85.
