This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 6" suction and a 5" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It utilizes an 11" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze, housed within a cast iron casing. The pump includes a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design that prevents the shaft from contacting circulating fluid. A mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber is used for fluid containment at temperatures up to 250°F. The assembly incorporates flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. A rear pullout design allows for internal servicing without disturbing system piping, while the top centerline discharge configuration supports self-venting.
This pump is equipped with a 10 HP Baldor motor in an ODP enclosure, configured for a 230-460V/60/3PH power supply. The motor operates at 1150 RPM and features a JM frame style with feet. It is rated for a 40°C ambient temperature environment and complies with NEMA standards and MG1-12.55 premium efficiency requirements. The unit utilizes across-the-line starting and is configured for counter-clockwise rotation.
