This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge connection with ANSI Class 125 flanges and a bronze wear ring. The pump includes a cast iron casing, a 10" nominal diameter bronze impeller, and a bronze shaft sleeve. It utilizes a dry shaft design that prevents contact between the shaft and the circulating fluid. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The unit is rated for temperatures up to 250°F and includes flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. The rear pullout design allows for servicing without disturbing the system piping.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 10 HP Baldor motor with a TEFC enclosure. It is configured with a 215 JM frame style with feet and operates on 230-460V/60/3PH power. The motor meets NEMA MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. Starting is configured as across the line. The pump is rated for a 40°C ambient temperature and has a DOE PEI rating of 0.94.
