This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller with a 6-1/4" nominal diameter, and a stainless steel shaft with a bronze shaft sleeve. It utilizes a dry shaft design and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes pressure tappings on suction and discharge connections and is configured without a wear ring.
This pump operates at 3450 RPM and is powered by a 10 HP Baldor Super E premium efficiency motor in an ODP enclosure. The motor is a NEMA 213T frame, compatible with 230/460V 3PH 60Hz power, and supports across-the-line starting at 40°C ambient temperatures. The unit is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and uses a Woods coupler protected by a standard guard. The pump meets MG1-12.55 efficiency standards and has a PEI of 0.89.
