The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, providing a temperature rating of 250°F.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 125 HP WEG TEFC motor in a NEMA 444 T-frame. The electrical configuration is 575/60/3 with across the line starting. The pump is mounted on a welded structural steel base that includes an integral drip pan and a standard Woods coupler guard. It features greasable bearings, an AEGIS SGR, and an insulated bearing on the non-drive end. The assembly meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and has a PEI of 0.94.
