This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It utilizes a 10" nominal diameter bronze impeller, a cast iron casing, and a bronze shaft sleeve. The pump incorporates a dry shaft design and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250 °F. It includes a bronze wear ring and flush seal line taps for particle filtration. The rear pullout design allows for servicing without disturbing system piping, and the top center line discharge configuration facilitates self-venting. Pressure tappings are provided on both the suction and discharge connections.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and uses a 15 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure and drip cover. It is configured with a 254 JM motor frame with feet and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The power supply requirement is 230-460V, 60Hz, 3PH, utilizing across the line starting. The unit maintains an ambient temperature rating of 40 °C and meets NEMA standards. The pump has a DOE PEI of 0.94 and conforms to MG1-12.55 premium efficiency requirements.
