This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 4" suction connection and a 3" discharge connection with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit utilizes a 9-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. It incorporates a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design that prevents contact between the shaft and the circulating fluid. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The pump design includes flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections, along with a rear pullout configuration that allows for servicing without removing system piping.
