This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 2" suction connection and a 1-1/4" discharge connection with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing, a bronze wear ring, and a 6-1/4" nominal diameter stainless steel impeller. It uses a stainless steel shaft equipped with a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250 °F. The assembly also includes AEGIS shaft grounding.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 1 HP Baldor TEFC motor in a NEMA 143 T-frame. It is configured for 230-460/60/3 power with across the line starting. The pump assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes an integrated drip pan and a coupler guard protecting a Woods coupler. This unit meets the MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standard and has a PEI value of 0.92.
