This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 3" suction port and a 2-1/2" discharge port with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a 10" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. The pump includes a dry shaft design with a slip-on bronze shaft sleeve to isolate the shaft from the circulating fluid. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a temperature rating of 250°F. The unit incorporates flush seal line taps and suction and discharge pressure tappings. The rear pullout design allows for internal servicing without disturbing the system piping, and the top center line discharge configuration assists with venting and piping alignment.
This pump is configured with a 10 HP Baldor motor in an ODP enclosure. It operates at 1750 RPM and requires 230-460/60/3PH power. The motor utilizes a JM frame style with feet and across-the-line starting. It includes AEGIS shaft grounding and meets NEMA standards for operation at a 40°C ambient temperature. The pump assembly has a DOE PEI value of 0.94.
