This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction port and an 8" discharge port with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a cast iron casing with an integrated bronze wear ring and a 13-1/2" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze. The assembly utilizes a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal is configured with a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation at temperatures up to 250°F.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 200 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure and NEMA 445T frame. It is configured for 460V, 60Hz, 3PH power with across the line starting. The equipment includes a welded base with an integral drip pan, an OSHA-compliant coupler guard, and a Woods coupler. The motor meets NEMA Premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and includes an AEGIS SGR with an insulated bearing at the non-drive end. The pump system has a PEI value of 0.94 and features greasable bearings within the frame.
