This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller with a 13-1/2" nominal diameter, a stainless steel shaft, and a bronze shaft sleeve. It uses a dry shaft design to prevent fluid contact with the shaft and is equipped with a mechanical seal comprised of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The internal components are rated for fluid temperatures up to 250°F, and the casing includes integrated suction and discharge pressure tappings.
This unit is powered by a 25 HP Baldor ODP motor in a NEMA 284T frame. It operates at 1750 RPM on 230-460V, 60Hz, 3PH power using an across the line starting configuration. The motor meets NEMA Premium Efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The pump assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and features a Woods coupler protected by an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. The unit has a PEI value of 0.9 and is rated for a 40°C ambient environment.
