This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and 3" discharge with ANSI Class 250 flanges. The unit consists of a cast iron casing with a bronze impeller and a bronze wear ring. The pump uses an 11" nominal impeller diameter, a stainless steel shaft, and a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. It incorporates a dry shaft design to prevent circulating fluid from contacting the shaft. The mechanical seal is constructed with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a temperature rating of 250°F. Pressure tappings are provided on both the suction and discharge connections.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 15 HP WEG TEFC motor. It is configured with a 254 T-frame and operates on 380/60/3PH power. The motor features across the line starting and meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards. The unit is mounted on a welded base with an integral drip pan, a standard coupler guard, and a Woods coupler. This equipment is NEMA standard compliant with a 40°C ambient rating and maintains a DOE PEI of 0.92.
