This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a cast iron casing with a 6" suction and 5" discharge. It utilizes an 11" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze, equipped with a bronze wear ring and a bronze shaft sleeve. The pump includes a dry shaft design and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. It operates at temperatures up to 250 °F and is built with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump incorporates flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. A rear pullout design allows for servicing without disconnecting system piping, and the top center line discharge configuration simplifies piping layouts.
The unit is powered by a 25 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure, a drip cover, and AEGIS shaft grounding. It is configured for 230-460/60/3PH power supply and operates at 1750 RPM. The motor is built on a 284 JM frame with feet and uses an across-the-line starting option. This pump meets NEMA standards, features CCW rotation, and operates in a 40 °C ambient environment. It maintains a PEI of 0.94 and utilizes a premium efficiency motor design.
