This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 2-1/2" suction and a 2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump includes a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller with a 7-1/4" nominal diameter, and a stainless steel shaft fitted with a bronze shaft sleeve. It utilizes a mechanical seal constructed with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The design incorporates a dry shaft construction to prevent contact between the shaft and circulating fluid. This unit does not include a wear ring.
The pump operates at 3450 RPM and is powered by a 20 HP Baldor motor in a NEMA 254T frame. It is configured with an ODP enclosure and operates on 230-460/60/3PH power. This unit features a premium efficiency motor with AEGIS shaft grounding and utilizes a Woods coupler to connect the pump to the driver. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes a drip pan and a standard coupler guard. The pump has a PEI value of 0.91.
