This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 3" suction and 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. Construction includes a cast iron casing, a 10" nominal diameter bronze impeller, and a bronze shaft sleeve. It utilizes a dry shaft design to prevent contact between the pump shaft and circulating fluid. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The pump features flush seal line taps, pressure tappings on suction and discharge connections, and a rear pullout design for servicing. The top center line discharge simplifies piping and supports self-venting.
This pump is powered by a 7-1/2 HP Baldor motor with a TEFC enclosure and 213 JM frame style with feet. It operates at 1750 RPM on 230-460V, 3PH, 60Hz power with an across the line starting option. The motor is rated for 40°C ambient, complies with NEMA standards, and meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency requirements. It includes AEGIS shaft grounding and is configured for CCW rotation. The unit has a PEI value of 0.94.
