This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 3" suction and 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a 9-1/2" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze, housed within a cast iron casing. The unit incorporates a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design that prevents system fluid from contacting the pump shaft. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, and operates at temperatures up to 250°F. The pump assembly features a rear pullout design for servicing, flush seal line taps, and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections.
The pump is configured with a 2 HP, 1150 RPM Baldor motor in a TEFC enclosure with a 184 JM frame style featuring feet. Electrical specifications include 575V, 60Hz, 3PH power with across-the-line starting. The motor includes AEGIS shaft grounding and meets NEMA MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards. The top center line discharge design assists with piping layouts and reduces piping strain.
