This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features an 8" suction connection and a 6" discharge connection. It is constructed with a cast iron casing and a 13-1/2" stainless steel impeller. The unit uses a stainless steel shaft paired with a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal is configured with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing for operation at temperatures up to 250 °F. The pump connects to system piping using ANSI Class 125 flanges.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 75 HP Baldor TEFC motor. The motor uses a NEMA 365 T-frame and is configured for 230-460/60/3 PH power. The assembly includes an AEGIS shaft grounding ring and a Woods coupler. The pump rests on a welded base that features an integrated drip pan. This equipment maintains a 40 °C ambient rating and meets premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55, with a PEI value of 0.93.
