This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 2-1/2" suction and a 1-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a 9-1/2" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze, housed within a cast iron casing. The pump incorporates a dry shaft design with a replaceable slip-on bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, and it is rated for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The unit includes flush seal line taps and utilizes a rear pullout design to facilitate maintenance. This model does not feature a wear ring.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 7-1/2 HP Baldor motor. The motor features a TEFC enclosure, a 213JM frame with feet, and AEGIS shaft grounding. Power requirements are 200V, 60Hz, 3PH. The assembly meets NEMA standards and MG1-12.55 premium efficiency ratings, with a DOE PEI value of 0.83. It is configured for counter-clockwise rotation and is suitable for 40°C ambient environments. The starting option is across the line.
