This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 2-1/2" suction and 1-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It utilizes a 6-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a stainless steel shaft with a bronze shaft sleeve. The pump casing is constructed of cast iron and includes a bronze wear ring. It uses a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The unit incorporates a dry shaft design to prevent contact between the circulating fluid and the shaft.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 1 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure. It is configured for 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power and uses a NEMA 143 T-frame. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes a drip pan and a Woods coupler protected by a standard coupler guard. This model includes AEGIS shaft grounding and meets NEMA Premium Efficiency MG1-12.55 standards with a PEI of 0.91. It supports across the line starting and operates at 40°C ambient temperatures.
