This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction port and 8" discharge port with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump assembly includes a stainless steel shaft equipped with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a silicon-carbide seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, suitable for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The unit is designed for clean water applications and includes pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections.
This pump is driven by a 100 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure and NEMA 404T frame, operating at 1750 RPM. The electrical configuration is 460/60/3 PH, with a 40°C ambient rating and an across-the-line starting option. The assembly includes an AEGIS shaft grounding ring and is mounted on a welded base that incorporates a drip pan and a standard coupler guard. The system utilizes greasable bearings and meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55. The pump has a DOE PEI rating of 0.94.
