This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It utilizes a 13-1/2" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze, paired with a bronze wear ring. The assembly includes a cast iron casing and a stainless steel shaft equipped with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The pump utilizes a dry shaft design to isolate the shaft from the circulating fluid.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 30 HP WEG TEFC motor in a NEMA 286 T frame. The electrical configuration uses 380/60/3 power with across-the-line starting. The motor includes AEGIS shaft grounding. It is mounted on a welded base with an integral drip pan and includes a Woods coupler covered by an OSHA-compliant guard. This model meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and has a PEI of 0.9.
