This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges and a bronze wear ring. The unit is constructed with a cast iron casing, an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller, and a bronze shaft sleeve. It utilizes a dry shaft design and includes flush seal line taps and pressure tappings. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing for operation at temperatures up to 250 °F. A rear pullout design allows for service without disturbing system piping, and the top center line discharge configuration assists with venting.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 10 HP Baldor TEFC motor. The electrical configuration includes 230-460V/60/3PH power, across the line starting, and 40 °C ambient temperature tolerance. The motor is mounted in a 215 JM frame with feet and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. This pump meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and has a PEI value of 0.86.
