This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction and 8" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It utilizes a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing that includes a bronze wear ring. The assembly is constructed with a stainless steel shaft, a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve, and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal features a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a temperature rating of 250°F. The pump is supported by greasable bearings within the bearing frame.
This pump is driven by a 100 HP Baldor TEFC motor, NEMA frame 405 T, operating at 1750 RPM. Power requirements are 460/60/3 with an across-the-line starting configuration. The motor meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and features AEGIS shaft grounding. The pump is mounted on a welded base with an integral drip pan and includes a standard Woods coupler with a guard. The unit maintains a DOE PEI of 0.94.
