This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 3" suction and 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The assembly includes a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller with a 10" nominal diameter, and a stainless steel shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal consists of a tungsten carbide seat, a carbon rotor, and viton rubber. This unit handles clean water at temperatures up to 300 °F and is constructed without a wear ring. The pump incorporates a dry shaft design, flush seal line taps, and a top center line discharge, while the rear pullout configuration allows for maintenance without disturbing system piping.
The pump is powered by a 10 HP Baldor motor with a TEFC enclosure and operates at 1750 RPM. It utilizes a 215 JM motor frame with feet and is configured for a 230-460/60/3 power supply. The motor meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The unit operates in a 40 °C ambient environment with a counter-clockwise rotation and features an across-the-line starting option. This pump has a DOE PEI of 0.94 and includes a no drip cover.
