This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction connection and a 3" discharge connection with ANSI Class 250 flanges. The assembly is constructed with a cast iron casing, an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller, a stainless steel shaft, and a bronze shaft sleeve. It incorporates a bronze wear ring and a mechanical seal consisting of a silicon-carbide seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This pump manages clean water at temperatures up to 250 °F. It utilizes a dry shaft design to prevent contact between the circulating fluid and the shaft.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 20 HP, ODP Baldor motor in a 256 T-frame. It is configured for a 230-460V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply with an across-the-line starting option. The unit meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The motor is mounted on a welded base with a drip pan and connects to the pump via a Woods coupler shielded by an OSHA-compliant guard. The bearing frame uses greasable bearings. This product has a DOE PEI of 0.92 and is rated for a 40 °C ambient temperature.
