This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The assembly includes a cast iron casing and an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft and shaft sleeve with a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal is composed of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, supporting fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The pump is equipped with pressure tappings on both the suction and discharge connections, as well as flush seal line taps.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 20 HP Baldor TEFC motor. It is configured with a 256T NEMA frame and operates on 230-460/60/3 power with an across-the-line starting option. The assembly is secured to a welded base with an integrated drip pan, a Woods coupler, and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. The motor includes AEGIS shaft grounding and meets NEMA standards. The unit has a DOE PEI of 0.92.
