This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit is constructed with a cast iron casing, a 6-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller, and a stainless steel shaft with a bronze shaft sleeve. It utilizes a dry shaft design to isolate the shaft from the circulating fluid. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, and is rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The assembly includes pressure tappings on both the suction and discharge connections.
This pump operates at 3450 RPM and is powered by a 10 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure and a 213 T frame. It is configured for a 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply and uses across the line starting. The unit includes an AEGIS shaft grounding ring and is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. It meets NEMA standards and has a DOE PEI value of 0.89.
