This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge. It is constructed with a cast iron casing and a bronze impeller with an 11" nominal diameter. The pump assembly utilizes a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design to prevent fluid contact. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a temperature rating of 250°F. This unit includes ANSI Class 125 flanges and is equipped with pressure tappings on both the suction and discharge connections.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 20 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure and a NEMA 256T frame. It is configured for 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power and utilizes across the line starting. The pump is secured to a welded base with an integrated drip pan, a Woods coupler, and an OSHA. Additional features include AEGIS shaft grounding and compliance with NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55. The pump has a DOE PEI value of 0.92.
