This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction connection and a 2-1/2" discharge connection with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing and a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This assembly is rated for fluid temperatures up to 250 °F. The casing includes integrated pressure tappings on both the suction and discharge connections to facilitate system monitoring.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 15 HP Baldor premium efficiency ODP motor. The motor is configured as a NEMA 254 T-frame and operates on 230-460V, 60Hz, 3PH power with across the line starting. Features include an AEGIS shaft grounding ring, a welded base with an integral drip pan, a Woods coupler, and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. This unit meets NEMA standards and has a PEI value of 0.89. The motor complies with MG1-12.55 efficiency requirements.
