This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a cast iron casing with 10" suction and 8" discharge ANSI Class 125 flanges. It utilizes a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a stainless steel shaft equipped with a bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, supporting fluid temperatures up to 250 °F. The unit utilizes a dry shaft design and does not include a wear ring.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 125 HP WEG motor. The motor is a TEFC NEMA 444 T-frame enclosure, configured for 575/60/3 power supply. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and features a standard Woods coupler with a protective guard. The system includes greasable bearings, an AEGIS SGR, and an insulated bearing NDE. This equipment meets NEMA MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards with a PEI of 0.94 and is rated for 40 °C ambient temperature with CCW rotation.
