This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a cast iron casing with 2-1/2" suction and 2" discharge ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a 7-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a stainless steel shaft sleeve. The pump design includes a dry shaft configuration, flush seal line taps, and a rear pullout service feature. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250 °F. Pressure tappings are located on the suction and discharge connections to allow for system monitoring.
This unit operates at 3450 RPM and is powered by a 15 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure. The motor is built on a 215 JM frame with feet and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The pump is configured for a 230-460/60/3PH power supply with across the line starting. It operates at 40 °C ambient temperature and complies with NEMA standards. This pump has a PEI value of 0.9 and meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency requirements.
