This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction connection and a 3" discharge connection with ANSI Class 250 flanges. The unit uses an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a cast iron casing equipped with a bronze wear ring. The pump includes a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design that prevents the circulating fluid from contacting the shaft. The mechanical seal is composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, and it is rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The casing features suction and discharge pressure tappings, and the bearing frame includes greasable bearings.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 20 HP WEG TEFC motor. The motor is configured with a 256 T-frame and operates on 380/60/3 power with an across-the-line starting option. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that features an integral drip pan and utilizes a standard Woods coupler protected by a coupler guard. This unit meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and has a DOE PEI of 0.92. The motor is rated for 50°C ambient temperatures and operates with CCW rotation.
