This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 4" suction and 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It includes a cast iron casing, an 11" nominal stainless steel impeller, and a bronze shaft sleeve. The dry shaft design prevents contact with system fluids, while flush seal line taps allow for filter installation. The mechanical seal features a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The unit utilizes a rear pullout design and top center line discharge to support piping alignment and maintenance access.
This unit uses a 15 HP Baldor TEFC motor on a 254 JM frame with feet. It operates at 1750 RPM on a 230-460/60/3PH power supply. The motor complies with NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. It supports across-the-line starting and is rated for 40°C ambient operation with counter-clockwise rotation. The assembly provides a PEI of 0.91. Standard features include pressure tappings on suction and discharge connections.
