This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges and a bronze wear ring. The pump includes a cast iron casing, a 9-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller, and a bronze shaft sleeve. It utilizes a dry shaft design to prevent system fluid contact with the shaft and includes flush seal line taps. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The rear pullout design allows for servicing without disconnecting system piping, and the top centerline discharge simplifies piping layouts.
The pump is driven by a 25 HP, 3450 RPM Baldor motor with a TEFC enclosure. It is configured for a 380V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply with an across the line starting option. The motor is mounted in a 284 JM frame with feet and is rated for 50°C ambient operation per NEMA standards. This pump meets MG1-12.55 Super E premium efficiency standards. The unit operates with counter-clockwise rotation and has a DOE PEI rating of 0.89.
