This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit is constructed with a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller, and a bronze wear ring. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The 11" nominal impeller is hydraulically balanced and fitted to the shaft with a key.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 7-1/2 HP Baldor ODP motor in a NEMA 213T frame. The electrical configuration is 230-460/60/3 with a 40°C ambient rating and across the line starting. It includes AEGIS shaft grounding and meets premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integral drip pan, an OSHA-compliant coupler guard, and a Woods flexible coupler. The bearing frame utilizes greasable bearings. The pump has a DOE PEI rating of 0.92.
