This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction and 8" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit includes a cast iron casing and a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller. The pump utilizes a stainless steel shaft paired with a bronze shaft sleeve to maintain a dry shaft design, which prevents the circulating fluid from contacting the shaft. The mechanical seal is configured with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The assembly is supported by a bearing frame containing greasable bearings.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 125 HP Baldor TEFC motor in a NEMA 444 T-frame enclosure. The motor is configured for 460V, 60Hz, 3PH power and uses across the line starting. It meets premium efficiency standards per NEMA MG1-12.55 and includes an AEGIS SGR with an insulated bearing on the non-drive end. The pump is mounted on a welded base that features an integrated drip pan and a standard Woods coupler protected by a coupler guard. This model has a PEI of 0.94.
