The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a temperature rating of 250 °F. The unit incorporates flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on both the suction and discharge connections.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 7-1/2 HP Baldor TEFC motor. The electrical configuration is 230-460V/60Hz/3PH with an across-the-line starting option. The motor meets NEMA standards and MG1-12.55 premium efficiency requirements, including AEGIS shaft grounding. It uses a 213 JM frame style with feet. The pump is rated for a 40 °C ambient temperature, and the DOE PEI value is 0.95.
