This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a cast iron casing with 1-1/2" suction and 1-1/4" discharge ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit includes a 9-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a stainless steel shaft with a bronze shaft sleeve. This pump utilizes a dry shaft design and is equipped with a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections.
This assembly is driven by a 1-1/2 HP, 1750 RPM Baldor motor in a NEMA 145 T-frame with a TEFC enclosure. It operates on 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The pump uses a Woods coupler with a standard coupler guard mounted on a welded base that includes an integral drip pan. The unit meets NEMA MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and has a PEI value of 0.86. The motor is configured for across the line starting.
