This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction and 8" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The assembly is constructed with a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller, a stainless steel shaft, and a bronze shaft sleeve. The impeller has a 13-1/2" nominal diameter and includes a bronze wear ring. The unit utilizes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The pump incorporates a dry shaft design to prevent contact between the circulating fluid and the shaft.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 75 HP Baldor TEFC motor. The motor is a 365 T-frame size, configured for a 230-460V, 3PH, 60Hz power supply with across-the-line starting. This unit meets NEMA Premium Efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The pump assembly is mounted on a welded base with a drip pan, an OSHA-compliant coupler guard, and a standard Woods flexible coupler. The bearing frame utilizes greasable bearings, and the unit has a DOE PEI rating of 0.94.
